Key Workshop Features

Sharpen findings, strengthen ICAM. Master investigation quality in one day.

In this facilitator-led ICAM Quality Review Workshop, your team brings real investigations - not hypotheticals - to apply a structured quality framework that checks for evidence-based findings, clear causal links, system-focused language, and defensible recommendations.

This isn’t another training course; it’s a focused, one-day quality check-up for your investigation practice. You leave with clear benchmarks for “good” versus “great” and practical feedback that lifts ICAM investigation report quality and confidence across your organisation.

Real Incidents, Real Insights

In this workshop, your own ICAM reports become the case studies. Instead of generic scenarios, we work with your real world investigations - ideally high-potential or serious incidents - to see how your system performs when it matters most.

The day runs like our practical ICAM sessions, but every activity is anchored in your actual reports, not fictitious examples. Together, we walk through how each case was handled, what the system made easy or hard, and where the process supports or hinders effective investigations.

This is a pressure-test of your investigation system, not your people. We’re looking at how well your frameworks, tools, and processes enable a thorough ICAM, and where they need strengthening. All reports are used only for the workshop itself; we don’t retain them afterward.

Structured
Framework

Every report that is reviewed, is guided by the facilitator’s real-world investigation experience. We look at the causal links, tone and language, and the quality of recommendations - so you leave with a clear benchmark for what “good” looks like in your organisation

In-House
Focus

Each workshop is dedicated to a single organisation, using your context, language, and investigation history. This in-house focus means every discussion is directly relevant, and the insights translate immediately into your processes, governance requirements, and risk profile.

Discussion
Rich

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a highly interactive, discussion driven workshop where your team explores real cases together, compares perspectives, and challenges assumptions. The value comes from shared insight, practical debate, and concrete actions your organisation can implement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the main outcomes we can expect from the workshop for our organisation?

It’s a health check for your investigation system. By reviewing your ICAM reports, you’ll gain clearer, defensible findings, stronger system-focused recommendations, and a practical benchmark for “good” investigation quality.

Are there any incidents that are not appropriate to use in the workshop (e.g. ongoing legal cases)?

Yes. Incidents that are subject to ongoing legal proceedings or active regulator investigations are not appropriate for this workshop. In those cases, we recommend selecting similar high-potential or serious events that have been closed, so you can still gain meaningful insights without risking legal or regulatory complications.
