He specialises in critical risk management, incident investigation, and leadership development, delivering practical training in Energy Isolation (Lockout/Tagout), Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Mobile Equipment Safety, Electrical Safety, Ground and Strata Failure, Emergency Response, Tire and Rim Management, Explosives and Shot firing, Inrush and Outburst Hazards, and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
As an experienced Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) practitioner, Adolph delivers training in ICAM Fundamentals, ICAM Lead, and Governance of ICAM, helping organisations identify root causes, strengthen organisational learning and prevent future incidents.
