Geoff’s lifelong passion for aviation is evident in his extensive experience and achievements in both rotary-wing and fixed-wing flying, across military and civilian sectors. His career is marked by significant roles in management and leadership, highlighting his ability to navigate complex aviation environments. As well as a continuing role as an aviation consultant, he is also a Board Director of the Royal Flying Doctor Service (SA/NT).
Driven by a deep curiosity and commitment to enhancing safety, Geoff has specialised in managing aviation risk. His expertise extends to high-profile aircraft incident and accident investigations, where he has honed his skills in the ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) framework. Geoff's experience as a senior flight instructor has further enriched his capacity to support organisations with incident investigations and delivery of effective training.
