Whether it's for embedding the investigation process or refresher training for already trained investigators, a Practical Day is a great way to learn under the supervision of an experienced investigator.
WHY PRAC DAYS?
Our Practical Investigation Training Days are available for both our 5 Why's and ICAM investigation training.
Throughout our highly interactive training, we step course participants through detailed case studies to help embed the learning, but adding a Practical Day will help embed this even further as teams work through an investigation case study under the watchful eye of our expert investigators.
With our case studies, participants will work through the Data Gathering, Data Organisation, Data Analysis and the preparation of an investigation report.
CAN THIS BE USED AS A REFRESHER TRAINING PROGRAM?
Absolutely!
Let's face it, people who are already trained in either 5 Why's or ICAM, don't need or want to sit through 8 hours of theory again!
The Practical Day helps participants reacquaint themselves with the investigation process and work through a case study with our expert's coaching and guiding every step of the way to ensure quality investigation reports are developed.

Q. When is this course going to go live for delivery?
A. Right now! In fact it has been live for some time now.
Q. Will the updated ICAM Lead course be available as a public course or an in-house course?
A. Both!
Q. I've done ICAM Lead training after the 2016 release, can I use this course as a Refresher for that?
A. Yes, but if you want the latest investigation resources, you'll need to do the full ICAM Lead course
Q. Can this course be contextualized to align with our company policies and processes?
A. Absolutely! All of our courses can be. But.... any change we make must not compromise the integrity of the investigation process
Q. I did my training prior to 2016, can I use this course as a Refresher for that??
A. No. We strongly recommend you do an update of our course to get the latest training and materials
