A New Era for Safety Wise and ICAM

Introduction

Safety Wise Solutions was founded in 2002 after CEO Gerry Gibb identified an opportunity to develop a standard approach to workplace incident investigations.

By 2004, the Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) training was being delivered globally, with the team growing to nine WHS professionals in 2007.

To date, over 70,000 people globally have undertaken ICAM training and ICAM has been delivered in over 43 countries by a dedicated team of 16 members.

A New Era

In late 2015, Safety Wise commenced a significant project in partnership with learning development company, Croomo , to bring in a new era for Safety Wise Solutions.

In consultation with Croomo and the industry at large, Safety Wise embarked on a journey to refresh and update the ICAM range to ensure Safety Wise remains at the forefront of incident investigations and delivering exceptional incident investigation training.

Some of the exciting changes include the updating of all multimedia elements within our face-to-face training, new online learning modules as well as a new applet and software to assist investigations.

No matter where you are or what industry you operate in, Safety Wise, with our world class team has the solutions to protect your business through our suite of services- Investigations, Training and Risk Management.

What’s next for Safety Wise?

Over the coming months, Safety Wise will be releasing our revised training tools and applet to assist investigators. We’re also exploring and trialing additional training modules to complement our existing suite of ICAM training.
